Comments : This training was very hands on with a lot of classroom time. We
did PT every morning at 5 and ran about 3 miles. We had live fire training to
navy qualification standards. We also got to spend the weekend with the base
MAAs and did vehicle searches and patrols with them. The staff was mostly
actual navy personnel and that was great because they shared their
experiences in the navy with us. Overall it was a great training and I would
recommend it to anyone who wants to be a MAA. This training did not give the
silver badges to us which is a bummer because you can only recieve it at
MAA training, but we did recieve BDU badges.
