Seabee Training Reports

Trainee First Name : Daniel
Trainee Last Name : Melean
Name of Training Attended : SEABEE TRAINING
NLCC or NSCC : NLCC - League Cadet
Training Location : Barnsville, Georgia
Date Attended : 06/26/2016
Duration of Training: : 1 Week
Would you Recommend?? : I think it could have been better
Difficulty of Training : Easy
Comments : It was a training were you would basically learn all the materials and tools that mechanics use and we learned special procedures that we had to memorize in order to not make mistakes on our projects. 1 of our projects in sea bees were building rifle and flag pole cases for the color guard, which required some strength. The other project we helped on was building an obstacle course with the sea cadet sea bees. Overall it was a pretty nice experience.

Comments : We learned a lot about patrols and the night patrols were intense and a lot of fun. The construction portion of the training was very hands on, which is good. The atmosphere was laid back but still professional. We got to shoot some cool guns, and the chow was great. Overall, I feel like I learned something and had fun doing it.
