Please Note: If you are interested in enrolling as a cadet, and have not been in contact with a Fort Lauderdale Division Recruitment Officer, please submit a request for information before completing the new cadet application.
Please print single-sided and complete all pages. Incomplete applications cannot be accepted. Enrollment fees are $110 per cadet per year.
